Las nominaciones para la 94a entrega anual de los Premios de la Academia se dieron a conocer en un evento conducido por Leslie Jordan y Tracee Ellis Ross este martes por la mañana en una entrega que se llevará a cabo el próximo 27 de marzo en el Dolby Theatre de Hollywood.
El mexicano Guillermo del Toro estuvo presente con El callejón de las almas perdidas en cuatro categorías: como mejor película, una de las ternas más importantes en la ceremonia, mejor fotografía (gracias al trabajo de Dan Laustsen), mejor diseño de vestuario y mejor diseño de producción.
